  A New Norm needs New Era Marketing

Marketing has changed, for good. Over the last three years, I started many speeches with the words “Marketing is changing…”. The change was a shift from traditional to digital, but then came the COVID-19 pandemic bringing with it a digital acceleration. We have leaped six years ahead in digital adoption in just the last six months.
